Our hearts go out to all who have been affected by the pandemic (COVID-19). Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the virus and how it is impacting our world. For Duck Tours South Beach, that means understanding how it affects our employees, customers and community as a whole and then making the absolute necessary adjustments to our work space and operation.
Duck Tours South Beach wanted to reach out to you and provide an update on the actions that we are taking to help prevent the spread of the virus and help support the health and well-being of our environment for our employees and our customers is always a top priority for us- even more so today. Our office is cleaned daily after every tour departure with sanitizing solutions in high-touch common areas and we’ve added hand sanitizer on the check-in counter for our guests. We keep the front door open to allow natural air flow circulating in the office. We have also increased cleaning protocols related to high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, doors, computers, credit card machine, telephones, counter tops, seats on the boats, railings and much more.
We are closely following the Centers for Diseases Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to prevent the spread of the virus. We have shared specific instructions to our employees of washing their hands before & after every tour. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and will do all we can do to protect you and our employees.
As of 3/19 the Mayor of Miami has ordered all commercial businesses to close. We will be monitoring the situation and will keep everyone updated. Stay safe and healthy!
