  • Chevron down Is there a bathroom on board?
  • No, unfortunately there is no bathroom on board.  Please make sure to use the toilet before boarding the vessel.

  • Chevron down Are seats assigned?
  • No, the seating arrangement is general admission first come first serve. So if you want to have good seats make sure to be early and on time.

  • Chevron down Do you serve food on board the vessel?
  • We do not serve or offer any food during the tour, although there is plenty of great restaurants in the area.

  • Chevron down Can you take alcohol on the tour?
  • Yes, you can take a small alcoholic beverage on the tour.

  • Chevron down Is food allowed on the tour?
  • Food is NOT allowed on the tour.

  • Chevron down Do you get wet on the tour?
  • Generally you do not get wet on the tour, unless it is raining hard outside. The vessel does have a roof but is completely open on the sides.

  • Chevron down Is the tour conducted in any other language than English?
  • The tour is conducted ONLY in English, due to the fact that our guests come from all over the world.

  • Chevron down Is the tour safe for babies and pregnant women?
  • Yes, the tour is very safe for pregnant women and children of all ages.

  • Chevron down Does the tour go out in the rain?
  • Yes, our tours are conducted rain or shine. The only condition that would not allow the tour to be conducted would be a heavy thunderstorm.

  • Chevron down Is the vessel handicapped accessible?
  • Unfortunately there is no wheelchair ramp on the vessel, therefore guests who are confined to a wheelchair would not be able to board. To board the vessel one must be able to climb a small foldout step ladder.

  • Chevron down Is there a tour cancellation policy?
  • Tours could be cancelled or moved without warning.

  • Chevron down Can you take a stroller / carriage on board?
  • The vessel’s isles and seating rows are very narrow, therefore any strollers or carriages should be kept at the box office during the tour. Our box office staff will happily lookout for any strollers or carriages at no additional cost. However, Duck Tours South Beach is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

  • Chevron down Can you take a baby seat on board?
  • Yes you can definitely take a baby seat on board to make it more comfortable for your child during the tour.

  • Chevron down Do you have a parking facility?
  • We do not have our own parking facility, although there is a private valet parking lot right next door to the box office. Guests could also find meter parking along the street or park at the Miami Beach public garage on the corner of Collins avenue & 16th street.

  • Chevron down Can I store my luggage with you while I ride my tour?
  • Yes, guests are able to store their luggage safely at the box office at no additional cost. However, Duck Tours South Beach is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

  • Chevron down Do you guys provide complimentary duck call whistles?
  • No, we do not provide complimentary duck call whistles but guests are able to purchase them for $1 at our box office.

  • Our box office is located in the heart of South Beach at 1661 James avenue, Miami Beach, Florida, 33139

  • Chevron down Can you get on and off the vessel?
  • No, our tours are 90 minutes non stop. Where you board is also where you get off.

  • Chevron down Is the tour gratuity included in the price of the tour?
  • No, the tour gratuity is not included in the price of the tour.

  • Chevron down Where can I purchase tickets for the tour?
  • You can easily purchase tickets in person at our box office, or on our website at www.ducktourssouthbeach.com

  • Chevron down What are your hours of operation?
  • Our box office is open 7 days a week from 9am-5pm.

  • Chevron down What are the tour times and schedule?
  • Generally the tour times are 11am, 1pm, 3pm & 5pm. It is always best to call and inquire about times and availability.

  • Chevron down Can I get a refund?
  • There are absolutely no refunds. You may always use your tickets as credit for a future date. The only case where refunds are given is if the tour was cancelled by us.

  • Chevron down Are reservations required?
  • We strongly encourage you to call our box office in advance to reserve your seats. Our vessels have limited seating and the tour does get fairly busy. You can always purchase your tickets once you have arrived to the box office. You may also purchase your tickets directly through our website @ www.ducktourssouthbeach.com

  • Chevron down I have an infant that can sit on my lap, I don’t have to purchase a ticket for her/ him right?
  • It is a U.S. Coast Guard regulation that every passenger on board ( no matter the age) has a seat, therefore tickets must be purchased at a minimal fee for all infants 3 & under.

  • Chevron down What kind of clothing should I wear on the tour?
  • As you may know, it is practically summer time year-round in Florida. We suggest cool-casual clothing.

  • Chevron down Where is your ticket office located?
  • Our ticket office is located in the heart of South Beach at 1661 James Ave, Miami Beach, FL, 33139.

  • Chevron down Where does the tour actually depart from?
  • Our tours depart from the corner of Lincoln Rd & James Ave, which is just around the corner from our ticket office.

  • Chevron down Can I bring my dog on board?
  • We are a family oriented tour, that includes your furry children. Service dogs & dogs under 15 lbs are welcomed on the tour. We must be respectful to other’s personal space, therefore please keep your dog on your lap.
